Delivery across Ukraine

Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta, who calculate the cost of delivering spare parts and components for cars of auto parts purchased in our online store AUTOStart-1, delivery times depend on the carrier. Check the integrity of the packaging and the completeness of the order when receiving the parcel.

International delivery

Delivery is carried out to any country in the world by Ukrposhta, which is a member of the Universal Postal Union and cooperates with 192 national postal operators. For buyers, this is an opportunity to receive shipments at 660 thousand branches in over 230 countries and territories of the world.

To calculate the cost of international delivery, please contact us in a convenient way for you (+380987361334, infoautostart1@gmail.com, VIBER, WhatsApp, Telegram). Let us know which part for the car you need to order and the country of delivery of the goods. We will calculate the cost of delivery depending on the weight, volume of the goods, as well as the country of destination. After that, we will send you a link to the "International Delivery" service with the indicated price of the delivery cost, which you will need to add to the CART when ordering the desired spare part.

Payment

Payment by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, plata by mono

To pay by card using plata by mono, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the website, on the payment page (or in the shopping cart), click on the appropriate button (plata by mono), and then confirm the payment on your device using Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint or access code. For Apple Pay, you may need to scan the QR code on the website using your iPhone or iPad. The service supports payment by cards of various banks, not just monobank.

Bank Card Transfer

You can pay for your order via a direct transfer to a Monobank card linked to a sole proprietorship (FOP) account.

How to make the payment:

1. Receive the payment details. Once your order is confirmed, our manager will send you the card number and the exact payment amount via SMS or a messaging app (Viber, Telegram, or WhatsApp).
2. Make the transfer. Pay for your order using your banking app (e.g., Privat24, Monobank) or a self-service payment terminal.
3. Confirm the payment. Please send a screenshot or a photo of the receipt in reply to our message. This will significantly speed up the dispatch of your order.

Please note: the bank may charge a transfer fee depending on your tariff plan. The order will be shipped once the funds have been fully credited.

Payment to IBAN

Payment by details or by universal QR code for all Ukrainian banks, also with automatic call of the banking application on smartphones with filling in all details and payment amount.

Cash on delivery with deposit

The buyer pays part of the cost of the parts (deposit) before sending the parcel, and pays the remaining amount (cash on delivery price) upon receipt of the goods at the post office or from the courier, which ensures safety and the ability to inspect the goods before full payment.

ATTENTION! This payment method involves additional costs for the buyer: Payment for the cash on delivery service, as well as a commission for transferring funds.
