Terms and Conditions of Use

This document sets out the rules for using the AUTOStart-1 online store (hereinafter – “Store”), and the terms of ordering, payment, delivery, and returns of goods. By using the site autostart1.com.ua, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

3.1 Payment methods include:

• bank transfer;
• cash on delivery (COD) – available only after making a prepayment approximately equal to the cost of delivery to the Buyer;
• other methods listed on the site.

3.2 In the case of prepayment, the order will be shipped after funds are received.

5. Returns and Warranty

5.1. The Buyer has the right to return a product of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used, retains its original appearance (clean and intact original packaging with all stickers preserved), shows no signs of installation or connection of parts, and was purchased from a supplier that allows returns (applies to pre-ordered auto parts). For electrical parts and components, the factory vacuum packaging must remain sealed.
