Fastener Replacement: The crankshaft main pulley center bolt and the main bearing cap bolts must be replaced during a major overhaul. Due to high elongation during angle tightening, reusing them will lead to thread shearing.
Cylinder Head Tightening: A torque of 85 Nm followed by a 270-degree turn is very high. Use only specialized thread lubricant and professional tools to avoid cracking the cylinder block.
