Description Engine piston cooling oil nozzle Renault, Nissan 1.2 TCe

A new, genuine piston cooling oil jet (cylinder block oil sprayer assembly with pressure-limiting valve) from Renault Group for 1.2 TCe petrol turbo engines (H5F and H5Ft engine variants).

Its primary function is to continuously deliver a pressurized jet of engine oil to the underside of the piston crown. This provides critical cooling for the piston assembly under high loads, prevents component burnout and ring deformation, and protects the cylinder bore from scoring. Replacement is mandatory according to service guidelines if, during an engine overhaul or block inspection, the spray nozzle opening is found to be clogged with deposits or the internal valve is seized. The price listed on the website is per unit.
